latest app to import products from Shopify to Tiktok shop quickly and easily. Rawail who takes care of the assistance was super available to answer all my questions and very professional. I recommend the app to everyone for those who are also implementing Tiktok shop as an additional sales channel!

This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function!

But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.
