TikTok Shop Connector — SPL

These guys are unbelievably good.

We needed a specific attribute from TTS to be copied over to the Shopify order, and the whole process was way above my expectations.

I was expecting to be directed to a "wish list" page, and wait for people to vote on that, as many other developers do, but instead, they accommodated this specific request within the hour.

As far as the app itself, it works without any issues too. What's key here, too, is that unlike the native connector from Shopify, it is not region-bound. That is a huge limitation of the native connector, especially in the US region.

The support team at SPL is fantastic! Zarmina helped me get set up with my store, and after linking everything, the app works great. Syncing orders and inventory is super quick, but names and prices take a little longer. One issue for me is that it doesn't sync customer profiles, leading to some duplicates in my system. Without proper order syncing, I miss out on key sales reports I rely on. I’ll probably need to look for another solution for now, but if they can fix the customer profile syncing, I’ll definitely be back!

This results in missed orders and important sales reports. I still recommend SPL, but be aware of this issue. If they fix the syncing problem, I’d definitely consider coming back.
