Syncing orders and inventory is lightning fast, though names and prices take a little longer. However, there’s an issue with syncing customer profiles, which causes duplicates in my system. This results in missed orders and important sales reports. I still recommend SPL, but be aware of this issue. If they fix the syncing problem, I’d definitely consider coming back.
