I worked with support for over 2 hrs and they couldn't fix their problems. I think they only have one customer support. Very frustrating. (Update)
I have revised my review because customer support has contacted me several times. I appreciate the repeated attempts to help me. I could not get the banner to work because I am not the principal listed on the website. However, I should have been told this before spending hours on the phone. I would suggest looking at your security procedures. In my case my partner lives 4 hrs away and cannot always be contacted immediately.
