The app on it's own is amazing, BUT with the customer support on top this, this app is MAGICAL!! I've never experienced such good customer support in ecommerce journey. Bravo!

Being new to SEO, I was getting stuck using the app, even though it is very user friendly. But as soon as I contacted the TinyIMG support team, Chris was fantastic! . . . explaining what I was doing wrong, He went way beyond expectations to help; then looked at other areas of my site and made great recommendations. Now I understand the app, and it is a must-have in my opinion, compared to the other SEO apps I considered. I am on the yearly plan - for only $96 plus usage, it is a great deal, compared to the prices of other SEO apps. Then the icing on the cake is the support I got from Chris - he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really interested in helping. Don't hesitate - get the yearly plan of TinyIMG. I haven't even finished making all the changes and the speed score has gone up loads just using the optimizer for 20 images! There is still so much more I can do with this App. The store speed was lower than similar stores on Shopify and now it is the same. Very happy!!! Thank you!
