It's a set it and forget it app. My team doesn't have to worry about product images while uploading; they get sorted automatically. Script control and pre-loading have helped me optimize my store's performance. The SEO features are also nice, although I haven't dived deeper into those yet.
But the most outstanding thing is the support, they're quick, responsive, humans and extremely nice, a breath of fresh air.
One of the best support experiences I've found using Shopify. Simply amazingly helpful and a wealth of information and best practices. Highly recommend!
