5 stars all the way! I've had a couple of things I needed help with and Simon has been amazing. Both the app and the customer service are top notch and easily worth the money I spent to upgrade. Highly recommended!

Had a Google speed performance of 50, so I bought the 24 months subscription to enable all features.
I went through the basic image stuff and finally got to lazy loading. To use lazy loading, the app prompts you to backup your theme and then send a pre-written message to their support who'll then enable it.
