I can see a difference in our page speed. Support is very responsive to answer my questions and assist where needed. Referring me to the appropriate video was also of help.

The app takes care of optimising everything as needed. Good customer service and it even sorts out SEO :)

I initially got Tiny SEO to optimise my images, but it's been able to do so much more than that. I love how it schedules my image optimisation so I don't have to keep remembering to run it, I also like the bulk alt text and meta data features. I wasn't expecting so many SEO features, and the emails explaining everything have been fantastic. After contacting their helpdesk for a minor query about how to change my image renaming setup, they picked up some other SEO issues for me and even fixed some for me, all within minutes. Very pleased and glad I chose Tiny SEO - I won't go anywhere else.

I'm just getting started with Tiny SEO, but the experience so far has not disappointed in any way. I'm finding, (with guidance from a pro), that this app can achieve everything I hoped it would.

Speaking of pro's, Julia jumped on with me when I asked for help, and guided me through each process I needed to understand. I know how tough it can be to help "newbies" who don't know a jpeg from a fillet of fish sandwich. Julia demonstrated so much patience and kindness, not to mention TOTAL competence in the product.
