This is such a helpful app, and the customer support is top shelf. I got to chat with Simon and he was knowledgeable, courteous, and helped me solve my problem right away. Shopify apps can be so hit or miss, but this one is great.
These guys are awesome! Reached out to the customer service with some issues with my site speed and loading times and simon quickly responded. He did a quick analysis to identify the issues and then asked for an hour to resolve them for me. It seemed to take less than an hour all while he was still answering my questions. Great work. customer service is great
App does what it says and is well prices. You don't really need support often but the one time I did (to activate Lazy Loading) the reply was instant and sorted. On the lazy loading feature I think it is awesome the lock it to ensure you have backed up your site before activating - shows real dedication to the user.
I will certainly look at this vendors other apps
