UPDATE FROM ME ... had 2nd amazing support experience from Simon this time.

Honestly its rare to feel customer focus running through the veins of a business so hats off to the management as well. Easy to say but near impossible to implement without a team who believes.

SEO is a foreign language to me (!) and this app is a very powerful tool ... guides you through one by one every suggestion to improve performance. It's so easy to use.

I was blown away by customer support chat - Julia literally gave me a masterclass on optimisation. Demystifying SEO! Thanks Julia for that, i felt like i learnt a skill today - you not only answered y initial question but left me with a strategy to follow moving forward which for me is priceless.

I rarely review but feel compelled to spread the word, I couldn't be more delighted with this app and thorough, patient, insiteful customer support that was above and beyond. Thanks Julia!

This app is a beast, does everything from image optimzation to seo, speed booster, lazy loading, compression etc....Julia is amazing, she is knowledgebase and never say no. The support is always spot on.

Zero Stars for Snakes!!! They keep charging you after you delete the app before the trial period ends. I was charged twice in the same month for my other store. Here is what they say,

Shopify told us that you need to reach out to them and they will explain where the refund that we issued went. The refund is in Shopify credit and most likely It was used for another app or Shopify plan Itself.

Due to privacy reasons they cannot disclose exactly where It was used, but If you provided both of the screenshots I sent to you - Shopify will explain that we refunded you and where the refund went.

What they said, Sorry for the late reply. I was talking to Shopify about It. So the invoice was created on June 8 (after 3 day trial) and billed on June 30:

And we refunded you on June 22 for the June 8 - July 8 period. You had a single charge and we refunded the full amount.

Here is my app info that had a 30 day trial.
June 21 - App uninstalled

June 4 - App installed

There is no refund credit on my account except one for today and the money does not go back into your account either.

Shopify support is now transferring it to their billing department to resolve the issue.

These people are liars and snakes and will continuously send emails to try to make you sign up again. This app messed up ALL of my stores.
BEWARE INSTALLING THIS APP FOR YOUR STORE!

They are always very helpful and they have always responded very quickly to our questions.

i have asked for help several times so far and the team has always had a solution for me and i think it's great and the app is really helpful

Tiny IMG is a brilliant App and the support team are literally always quick to reply to any questions, issues you may have. They even provide SEO advice over and above what the App can do for you!

I moved to this app mainly because of the reasonable price. I was helped by Chris when i had a issue with one feature. He did not stop with helping me with one feature but also with other issues which i wasn't even aware of. Very knowledgeable and patient because i was serving customers and he still waited. App is easy to use so far and will wait to reap its rewards soon. Thank you
