If you have any doubt, whether you should download this app or not, take a leap of faith. I have never seen a better support team. They are so active, responsive and goes 1 step beyond. And the functionality of the app itself is just crazy. It's a great app. I saw it a month ago but didn't download it earlier. That was a mistake. Apart from the app helping my store become way faster, the support team also helped me bring my site score up. They are charging us way less. Go for this, your store will thank you. This is a great app. It's really helped us get our website optimized. I love that you can resize all images in bulk as sometimes we forget to resize them before listing products and this app really saves us a lot of time. I would definitely recommend it to any business owner operating an e-commerce site. Their customer service is also very helpful and friendly and they respond to questions quickly.

I can't say this actually fixed my problem, but it does help fix a lot of the problems fairly easy. Such as adding Alt="names" to all the images, fixing the broken links, resizing images, lazy-loading (although I believe Shopify kind of already has lazy loading rendered into the images), and more features.

As it stands, my page speed hasn't really increased, maybe marginally, but it still removed a lot of the headaches. I give this 5 stars mostly because the customer support was very helpful.

Not enought platitudes to write on how much I love this app. It makes crucial aspects of the shop (alt text automation, image compressing, site speedup, easier metadata entry, etc.) so much easier and saves so much time. Plus the support crew is top notch. If you're a shop without Tiny SEO Image app, you're missing out on one of the best values (app $ vs. worker time save) in the Shopify App Store.
