Fast friendly customer service and easy to use application. This App has been very helpful as someone that does not understand SEO very well.

Rating 5 stars because even though it seemed to not work with some products that regenerate images for personalization purposes (e.g. ShineOn) the support was ever so kind and fast to respond. I decided to cancel and roll-back any optimizations made. I do hope that there might be a way to only optimize images based on type (store, collection, vendor, product grouping etc) rather than all or nothing. I may look at this again in future.

I experienced an issue with lazy loading applying to an image that was negatively impacting the largest contentful paint which was undesirable. I reached out to TinyIMG/Tiny SEO support and they were able to identify and address the issue quickly. Simon was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Very grateful for this plugin and their wonderful staff, would highly recommend it to others.

Still at setup stage, however the customer service has been very good and helpful. Proactive with suggestions.

The app has been excellent so far! It is very user friendly and has definitely improved the speed of my site. The image optimization has saved me so much time. The customer service is wonderful too, they are super responsive and I love the live chat option.
