i made an error of trying to update our shipping Labor Day Weekend. Ended up with two apps i couldn.t get what i needed. had to take our site down Labor Day. Sidekick suggested This app as it had the tools i needed. Figured it would take me hours of trial again, but reach out for support so the could "teach" me. They walked me through it all and did most of the editing. Site is back up and running with the options we need. Awesome support and appears to handle our shipping challenges with different needs for the various live animals we ship.

Phenomenal to work with, and extremely easy to operate the inner workings. The tech support team is very fast to work with as well. Solved all of our problems with how the cart processes shipping rules, and changes.

I sell a lot of mixed weight and size goods, they can vary from 2g up to 2kg and range from large letters to to small or medium parcels.
This app has been my saviour! No more stacking of rates, instead I have a complex tiered system to fairly and accurately apply shipping rates to the UK, all 3 EU zones, and all World wide Zones. I would have struggled to set this up so cleanly myself. Excellent support and help at every stage of the process. I am both relieved and delighted,- thank you.

App support is second to none! I installed the app after figuring out that Shopify's shipping rules were too limited for my needs. I installed the app and needed help setting it up. I cannot say enough good things about the support I received from Mira.

We had a very complex Shopify shipping configuration involving retail customers, multiple ZIP-code delivery tiers, B2B companies, CNRG, separate shipping profiles, Local Delivery, Store Pickup, and an outside-area freight deposit. This was not a simple setup, and there were several layers that had to work together without disrupting portions of our B2B system that were already functioning correctly.

Mira stayed with me through the entire process, carefully troubleshooting each issue rather than making broad changes that could have damaged the existing configuration. She explained what she found, proposed changes before making them, respected the areas I specifically asked her not to alter, and helped us test each delivery tier individually until everything worked as intended.

By the end, we successfully had:

• Local delivery working for our closest retail ZIP codes
• Extended and regional delivery tiers displaying correctly
• B2B delivery methods properly separated from retail customers
• Our CNRG configuration preserved
• An outside-area freight deposit working correctly
• Local Delivery and Store Pickup left intact
• Our dedicated B2B test environment preserved for future testing

What impressed me most was Mira's **patience and willingness to keep investigating when something didn't behave as expected**. Instead of assuming the configuration was correct, we tested it, found the issue, corrected it, and tested again.

For a small business trying to build a shipping system that can support both retail customers and a growing B2B dealer network, that level of support is incredibly valuable.

This App does what our third party shipping App & Shopify can't do!
We were able to set up separate rules for B2B and B2C and other limitations are now a thing of the past!
