Merchants say this app is excellent for advanced, flexible shipping setups beyond Shopify’s native tools, including postcode-based zones, product- and collection-specific rules, and different B2B vs retail structures. Many use it for complex multi-zone, multi-country plans, seasonal rates, and free shipping on selected items. It’s described as intuitive, reliable, and a game-changer, with fast, hands-on support and strong value on both free and paid plans.
I have never come across a support person as knowledgable, helpful and pleasant as 'Mira'. She helped solve an issue we had setting up some 'out of the ordinary' shipping rate situations. She listened (not all support people do) and she proposed a solid solution. She always asked for permission prior to making any site changes and then stayed on the chat long enough for us to test them out.
This is what outstanding support looks like! I wondered a bit about this app before installing it, but after an easy installation and the terrific support we received, I'm positive we made the right choice!

Mira was absolutely amazing to work with!
She went above and beyond to help us set up our shipping rules, including some fairly complex conditions for remote areas in Canada.
She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. She helped us configure everything, troubleshoot issues, test different checkout scenarios, and make sure we had a safe plan before going live.
What I appreciated most was how proactive and genuinely helpful she was. She didn't just answer questions — she took the time to investigate, explain things clearly, and make sure everything was working as expected.
The app has been great so far, but the level of support from Mira really made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend!
