It didn't work and even though it says 1 day free trial, I was charged right away! they have not refunded me.

I recently installed the SmartCopy app on my Shopify store. I must say that I was excited to explore its features during the 1-day free trial.

However, I encountered a concerning issue with the billing process. Despite understanding that I had a 1-day free trial, I was billed $24.99 before the end of the trial period. This unexpected charge has raised concerns on my end.

I believe in the importance of fair and transparent billing practices, and I would like to bring this matter to your attention for immediate resolution. I did not authorize any charges outside the agreed-upon trial period, and this action appears to be in violation of your own terms and Shopify's billing policies.
