DO NOT USE.
It didn't work and even though it says 1 day free trial, I was charged right away! they have not refunded me.

I recently installed the SmartCopy app on my Shopify store. I must say that I was excited to explore its features during the 1-day free trial.

However, I encountered a concerning issue with the billing process. Despite understanding that I had a 1-day free trial, I was billed $24.99 before the end of the trial period. This unexpected charge has raised concerns on my end.

I believe in the importance of fair and transparent billing practices, and I would like to bring this matter to your attention for immediate resolution. I did not authorize any charges outside the agreed-upon trial period, and this action appears to be in violation of your own terms and Shopify's billing policies.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and provide a refund for the unauthorized charge. It's crucial for me as a user to feel confident in the integrity of the apps I choose for my store.

Don't use this App. It isn't working and if uninstalled in free trial period, the amount is deducted. I installed and it didn't worked. I uninstalled in 15 minutes (1 day is free trial) and 9.99 USD deducted from my card. And the support is even not responding. Not recommended.

My account was frozen today because I haven't paid my bill, there's extra charges on my account which I'm not going to pay for, it's your APP I've downloaded and uninstalled the same day, I have not used it ever, please can someone rectify my bill and credit my account immediately, this is unacceptable, I'm not paying money for something I haven't even used once!!!!!!!!

On 2023-09-22, i have tried your app for several minutes and uninstalled it, because it's not the app for our demand. I thought it wont' charge us because we just tried your app within ten minutes. We tried other apps in this way, and no charging/ trial fee at all.

Yet, it's so pitiful and surprising that you charged us $14.99.

I have emailed twice, stil no response.
So disappointed.
