Smart Restock has made inventory updates painless. I upload an invoice or shipping slip and it parses the line items automatically, updating stock counts in seconds. When a product isn't in my catalog yet, it creates it on the spot. The restock alerts are a nice bonus—I never get caught off guard by a low-stock item anymore.
