Customer service is great. Shipping times are fast, integration is super easy. The other reviews that say that their stores were shut down or that they can’t process payments don’t understand that this has nothing to do with this app, and everything to do with the fact that they need a third party payment processor for these types of products.
Highly recommend using headshop drop. They’ve been nothing but great and supportive.
Nothing wrong with app I just cant sell cannabis related products.
no support whatsoever, waited for a month then decided to shut down the store because of them. nothing is working, no orders are synced, no pics are synced, terrible!!! also my shopify payments got banned because of them

Should you wish to reinstall the app, kindly follow the step-by-step procedure for importing. Please be advised that the initial installation may take longer than usual.
Regarding the Shopify payment ban, please note that businesses dealing with smoking accessories are required to utilize a third-party credit card processing company, in accordance with Shopify's policy.
Prices are not competitive. Shipping is $15 per item and TBH they offer standard bongs, pipes, and accessories. So, higher pricing on items, high price on shipping, and standard products don't really make a good fit for me, but thanks for the try!

While shipping costs may appear higher for smaller items, they are comparatively more affordable for regular-sized items. We have been using Headshop Drop for almost 3 months and it has been great. Orders are shipped immediately after you have paid for them using the app. There has been zero breakage so their shipping techniques are exceptional. All packages have arrived as their fulfillment team has attention to detail. Shipping is $15 per order no matter how many items the customer orders. Support is quick and on point. Lots of new items that sell. We recommend this app for all drop shippers.
