The newly-launched segmentation feature with multiple discount options (percentage, fixed, and free shipping) is awesome! SMS Troopers helps us upsell effectively, increasing our overall sales.
SMS Troopers has been great help to our business. Buying fresh produce is generally a last-minute choice that leads to cart abandonment. SMS Troopers is great. There is actual person that communicates with our customers and provides great service to them. Easy to set-up, easy company to work with. Very effective at converting abandoned carts.
Super impressed with the results. Our automated emails & SMS flows have never been really effective (around 1-2% recovery), but now we are recovering around 24% of abandoned carts! It only took a few minutes to setup, and we immediately saw the results.
