Super impressed with the results. Our automated emails & SMS flows have never been really effective (around 1-2% recovery), but now we are recovering around 24% of abandoned carts! It only took a few minutes to setup, and we immediately saw the results.

Instead of having to invest in additional staff, they took care of the work with real people. And it's been SUPER effective. We are now recovering 31% of abandoned checkouts compared to 1% from the automated email flows we spent months developing and tweaking.
They even shared insights into why customers abandoned and learned that one of the main reasons was our limited payment options. We quickly added new options and sales increased significantly. That simple.
