Unfortunately, this app doesn't seem to understand what COD (Cash on Delivery) actually is. COD is a payment method, not a shipping method, and the solutions they provide are terrible.

Let me explain the issue:

If my store offers three different shipping methods, I want customers to be able to choose Cash on Delivery with any of those shipping methods. However, the app forces me to create a separate "COD shipping method", and only then does the Cash on Delivery payment option appear.

This logic is fundamentally flawed and makes the app practically unusable.

Following this approach, if I have three shipping methods, I would need to create three additional duplicate shipping methods just for COD. That is ridiculous. It clutters the checkout, confuses customers, and looks extremely unprofessional.

The correct behavior should be simple: when the customer selects the Cash on Delivery payment method, the app should automatically add the COD fee to the order total, regardless of the selected shipping method.
And support button is dead in the app...
