not possible to save anything. it doesnt save the campaign, so its not visible. so i can't work with it, because I can't save my edit and therefore not activated it on my shop

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with our app, we have sent you mail to update with the current issue

We have fixed the issue with the saved campaign, and it is now functioning normally. However, we have noticed that your theme is not fully compatible with our app. Since your theme is customized, we have duplicated it to make it fixed. Please note that these changes will not affect your live online store.

Our development team is working hard to resolve the issue and aims to complete the fix by the end of today. Once it’s ready, we will notify you. If the duplicate theme works as expected, you can choose to publish it, or let us know so we can apply the changes to your public theme.

Once again, I’m deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Campaign would not save. Chat function did not work.

The issue with campaigns not being saved has been fixed yesterday and now it works normally. However, a recent update with the app has temporarily affected the live chat feature but now it works normally. Could you reinstall our app and check if it works again?
