Soapbox was easy to implement and use. We were able to get much better shipping rates across all carriers, not just USPS. Support team was super responsive and dedicated, would recommend to others.

We started using the Soapbox App ~1.5 years ago and are really happy with the way it is integrated with our Shopify store and Amazon FBM store to streamline our fulfillment and shipping needs as a rapidly growing business! Have to note that the support team is incredible too so if you have any issues or customization asks they're fantastic. Highly recommend and know we'll be using this as we scale far into the future!

Love this app, saves more money over stamps.com or other label makers. The time saved by having soapbox integrate with all my channels so I only need to look at one place is priceless. Great support too with any issues. Highly reccomend

We have been using the Soapbox software to manage the shipments of our board games for almost 3 years (their app used to be private but just went public within the last few months). They have saved us so much time and money! Thank you to their amazing support team. This is great for small to medium sized businesses and can scale into a large operation if you start doing hundreds or thousands of orders a day!

If you sell a product and need help fulfilling your orders, do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Soapbox. I lost count of the number of issues we've had with Soapbox as our 3rd-party fulfillment company. As our "master of inventory," they frequently mixed up our SKUs and, thus, our inventory, resulting in more work on our end. They frequently shipped the wrong product to customers, retail stores and even to our own headquarters. Orders were not packed correctly and showed up looking thrashed. They "lost" hundreds of dollars worth of our shipping materials, claiming they were never received the delivery, yet it was signed for by an employee. The issues were endless.

Their software is just as clunky as their operations and thinking. I dreaded navigating my way through it, because I knew it would result in more questions and more rabbit holes.

Oh, and all these 5-star reviews from 2022? Soapbox offered a $25 shipping credit to its clients on July 13, 2022 in exchange for a review on the Shopify app store, which goes against Shopify's policy about that very matter right above the "submit review" button. Everything about our experience with Soapbox was awful.
