We don't usually write bad reviews .... but we do for apps that waste time by claiming that they are free when they are not. We love paying for useful apps. In this case, we just need a basic free option. This app is NOT FREE. Totally misleading and time wasting.

Hello, it seems that there might have been a misunderstanding. While Zotabox offers a 14-day free trial for our entire set of 20+ premium tools, we also have completely free tools like the Social Button (the app you are using), Facebook Live Chat, Push Notification,... that don’t require any payment.

The trial pop-up you saw was only for accessing the full suite of premium tools, and you can turn it off then continue to use the FREE tool normally with no charging at all.

I apologize if our user interface/experience created any confusion. We realize this Free trial popup can be misleading, and we have change this feature to avoid this issue in the future.

P/s: Zotabox valued your feedback so much. Our team has been trying to reach out but haven't get a response yet. I hope to make it up for you and change your mind about our service!

This app has code that interferes with Amazon Pay. It has been the cause of checkout issues that have plagued my site for months. This app has most likely cost me thousands of dollars in lost sales.

From the Shopify support gurus:

I had your ticket escalated up to see what the issue was with the Amazon Pay and checkout button not working. Looks like its the Zotabox Social Sharing Buttons app. The app includes a javascript file named widgets.js while Amazon Pay also has a file named widgets.js.

Since both files are named the same, it causes issues when trying to run it.

I recommend completely uninstalling the Social Sharing app and make sure any relevant app code is removed from the theme files.

Couldn't configure my set up, just infinitely says "Saving..." continuously tried to refresh the page and try it again but nothing changed. Installed on 3/24/19

i had this app for awhile but im sorry but this app did not help my store it did not get me sales the only this it did is share my items so it is not true that you will get visitors this app is more click bait

There are so many other choices. The person responded after 12 hours on messenger. Then he was rude (and unclear). Then he writes, "I'm the co-founder. Don't use our app if you're using the free one."

Well, ok then.

Two things: 1) "follow facebook" doesn't work on mobile. 2) . These icons take up a lot of real estate on the mobile app.

Too buggy. You can't rely on it. Things you set up show up some of the time but other times not at all. Try it, sure, but be warned that it's likely it won't be worth the wasted time in set up.
