Sophia and her team have done an excellent job. This is truly a great app. I have used auto-posting apps before, but SS-Auto Post is by far the best one I’ve tried. It’s easy to use, reliable, and saves me a lot of time.
This is definitely a must-have app for anyone looking to automate their posting effectively. Highly recommended!

We decided to leave and try another app, but quickly realised that when something works, there’s no reason to change it. SS Social Media just does the job, and the support is always quick and helpful. A special mention to Sophia for her great support she’s been brilliant. We’re back and staying for good!

We’ve been using this app for long time now, and it’s become a part of how we run our store’s marketing. It automatically posts our products to Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Recently we’ve been using the AI video feature to generate reels and stories which surprisingly get good reach.
What we love most is the simplicity. You set your scheduling rules, connect your social accounts, and forget about it. It quietly does the job in the background while we focus on other things.
AI-generated captions and hashtags are a nice bonus too. Saves us a ton of time.
Highly recommend if you want consistent, high-quality posts going out without needing to manually handle everything yourself.

Support is never online. Worked great for awhile and it stopped working for no known reason. I contacted support and they fixed the issue after a couple of days which is reasonable enough time. However They asked me to modify my review and I was happy to after the solution was fixed but the holiday and I was ill kept me from doing so. I went today and I noticed that the app was uninstalled from my shop in which I did not uninstall. I go into my shop logs and it was uninstall and canceled by them since I had to grant them access to my store. This is not how you treat customers.
