I have been working with SourcinBox for several months now, and the overall experience has been outstanding. Love it!! Just using the app and see the difference between Sourcing Box and other platforms is the 1:1 support, direct chat with a support manager, and quick responses. Stella did a great job; she always answered questions and supported sellers effectively. Highly recommend!

Orders were constantly being sent incorrectly or delayed, and I frequently received customer complaints and refunds after using their services. It also cost me a significant amount of advertising money and didn't help my store at all; I'm very disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sincerely sorry for the incorrect shipments, order delays, and the impact on your customers and store operations. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when it led to complaints and refunds.

Some of the delays may have coincided with the Chinese New Year holiday period (February 15–23), during which warehouse operations were temporarily paused and prior notifications were shared via our app. We fully recognize that this does not reduce the inconvenience caused to your business.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please contact us at support@sourcinbox.com with your order ID or registered email. If possible, kindly let us know which customer manager you were working with, so we can review the situation internally and assist you further.

They never shipped the order. I kept waiting for it to be shipped, but it kept showing "pending processing." Then I spent a long time contacting them, and it took them several days to reply that the item was out of stock. That's when I realized they were unreliable, a terrible company, and complete scammers.
