In addition, I would like to add that my Account Manager Ashley is very professional and always finds a solution for any problem I bring, the response time is very good as you have the possibility of having the manager's WhatsApp number which is great for convenience. You’re a truly terrible app that doesn’t work at all with Shopify. After multiple attempts, there’s been no follow-up and no solution.
