I've been trying to reach SourceInbox for several months to reinstate my account, with no response to any of my messages. I have over $500 in account credit that I'm currently unable to withdraw.
My situation is complicated by the fact that the email address I originally registered with is no longer active, so I can't log in through the normal process. I've asked for an alternative way to verify my identity and recover access, but haven't heard back.
I'm not looking for anything unreasonable, just a way to verify I'm the account holder and either regain access or have my balance released. If someone from SourceInbox sees this, I'd genuinely appreciate a reply.
I have messaged, emailed and called but no response at all from sourceinbox and pandaria.

We have checked our support inbox but have not been able to locate any previous email related to your case. This may be because the message was sent from a different email address.
Please note that purchasing credit provided by SourcinBox can only be used to place orders and is not withdrawable. However, if the amount you mentioned is an actual cash balance from your own deposits or eligible refunds, we will review the account and assist you accordingly.
To help us locate and verify your account, please submit your case through “Submit a Complaint”in the sidebar of the SourcinBox website and include:
1. A detailed description of the issue
2. Your current active email address
3. The email address originally used to register your SourcinBox account, even if it is no longer active
Our technical team can use the original email address to locate your account and review its financial records. Alternatively, you may send the relevant information directly to [support@sourcinbox.com](mailto:support@sourcinbox.com).
Regarding the login issue, an email verification code may be required when the account is accessed from a new device. This security measure is designed to prevent unauthorized access.
