This app is a game changer!! I had been looking far and wide for a customizable chat bot for my site that does more than just answer basic return and policy questions! I wanted a bot that could help my customers find the perfect product according to their budget, needs, etc! I love that I can customize the name and look of the bot as well! Must try!

Speks was easy to set up and worked well with our Shopify store. The storefront looks clean and functions as expected. Our website currently has limited traffic, so we couldn’t fully evaluate customer engagement, but our experience with the app has been positive.
