This app changed my LIFE! You won’t find a better AI customer service app. Period. It will automatically send responses from your knowledge base. The emails are well written and can be edited. You can even refund and send a replacement order out without leaving the dashboard. The customer service is top notch and any improvements we suggested during our weekly check-ins have been done within a day. I can’t recommend this app enough!!!

Installed the app on March 10, uninstalled it the same day after 1 hour 39 minutes. The listing clearly advertises a 14-day free trial. Despite this, I was charged the full $49 on my next Shopify bill.
I emailed support@get-squire.com on April 7 requesting a refund. No response. It has now been over a week with complete silence from the developer.
If you advertise a 14-day free trial, you should not be charging merchants who uninstall on day one. I have escalated this to Shopify Support.
