Your customers ordered something made to order, and Shopify shows them confirmed and shipped with nothing in between. StatusClerk turns every open line item into a job with the engraving text, font and options the customer typed, moves it through your stages, sends the proof and records the approval, prints run sheets with a QR per piece, and shows the stage and expected date under each item on the order status page, in your store's theme. Nothing is customer-facing until you switch it on.
