This app is wonderful! Makes it super easy to keep our customers up to date on the status of their orders. And when changes were made and I needed assistance, not only did they respond super quickly, but they reached back out to let us know when it was updated. Superb service!
I've been using this for nearly 3 years now and it's been great. The developers have even helped me do a custom delay for a specific use case I had. Will definitely keep using it!
Impressive App, easy to use and intuitive design. Best of all, we can access the app from Shopify admin without opening the app. I personally think that all apps integrated with Shopify should work like that. Otherwise, it is just too much Apps to handle for merchants. Highly recommend this App!
