Outstanding App & Exceptional Support
StatusPro has been an absolutely fantastic addition to our Shopify store. The app itself is incredibly well built, powerful, and flexible, it does exactly what it promises and then some. The capabilities are brilliant and it integrates seamlessly into our workflow and other systems via it's smart tools like dynamic data variables available in templates or flow capabilities for combining it with other systems, making order and status management far more professional and efficient.
What truly sets this app apart though is the developer, Daryl. The level of support provided is genuinely above and beyond anything I’ve experienced with other Shopify apps. Fast responses, thoughtful solutions, and a real willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything works perfectly for your store. It feels less like using a third-party app and more like having a dedicated developer on your team.
If you’re considering StatusPro, don’t hesitate. It’s premium quality both in functionality and support. Highly recommended.
Been using for more than a year. Because of my business' specific, this app is my must have to keep my customers posted. The support is outstanding, albeit you can manage everything by yourself.
Does what it says on the tin! This has been a great app for me, which I use for a tracking service from start to finish and really does help keep the customers informed which has reduced my admin/ customer service time. I have been able to get time back to work on the business and not just emailing with updates. Takes a bit of setting up, but it's worth it in the long run. Also Daryl is just as responsive as the other reviews say, he really cares about this app & his customers and is quick to resolve any teething issue, even user error issue (whoops, thanks).
This app has been a life saver for our team! Daryl was super helpful on setup and getting it exactly where we needed to operate. The customer service is on top of it and quick to answer any questions or fix any issues we may experience due to user error. :)
This app has great features- custom statuses, ability to automate, internal-only statuses, option to notify the customer or not, etc. We are very much enjoying the app! It runs smoothly, and the support team is wonderful and responsive.
Many of my products are manufactured on demand, meaning longer lead times and multiple stages.
This app has made tracking and organising my customer orders sooooo much easier, and keeps customers well informed during the process.
Support is fantastic and amazingly fast as well.

StatusPro is an excellent app with top-notch customer support. The team is very responsive and always willing to help with questions or adjustments. We’ve had no issues using the app—it’s stable, intuitive, and very well designed.
It has given us clear visibility on every step of our order process, which makes it much easier to keep both our team and customers updated. The ability to track statuses in real time has streamlined communication and improved efficiency across the board. Overall, a fantastic app that I highly recommend.

Great app for managing orders and keeping customers updated on the status of their orders. Daryl (the founder) is also extremely helpful when we encounter any issues and responds quickly. Definitely recommend!
