This app checks all the boxes for us. It's very customizable to your needs, and for us, we have a few complex scenarios for how our orders are processed, but this app makes that all so easy. The support is top notch too. If you're looking for a status update app, this is it! It has also SIGNIFICANTLY cut down on our customer service hours, and increased our customer satisfaction.
