This app is wonderful! Makes it super easy to keep our customers up to date on the status of their orders. And when changes were made and I needed assistance, not only did they respond super quickly, but they reached back out to let us know when it was updated. Superb service!

Impressive App, easy to use and intuitive design. Best of all, we can access the app from Shopify admin without opening the app. I personally think that all apps integrated with Shopify should work like that. Otherwise, it is just too much Apps to handle for merchants. Highly recommend this App!

Does what it says on the tin! This has been a great app for me, which I use for a tracking service from start to finish and really does help keep the customers informed which has reduced my admin/ customer service time. I have been able to get time back to work on the business and not just emailing with updates. Takes a bit of setting up, but it's worth it in the long run. Also Daryl is just as responsive as the other reviews say, he really cares about this app & his customers and is quick to resolve any teething issue, even user error issue (whoops, thanks).

Been using for more than a year. Because of my business' specific, this app is my must have to keep my customers posted. The support is outstanding, albeit you can manage everything by yourself.
