It's taking way too long to get simple support for the app. Installed the app 2 days ago, and I still have not been able to work with someone to integrate the app.

I have asked them to fix an issue with their cart, they went and changed a live theme causing a problem that lost me £3-5k during our high selling seasons. They did not take copy, just changed the live theme and the support took 2 days to come back - If the issue was not escalated to Shopify, they would have not come back.

As their gesture of goodwill, they offered 20% discount on their subscription.

Honestly, I have not seen such unprofessionalism and we have been in the market for 5 years now.

Very Bad Experience. I waited 24 hours for the support team but didn't get any response from them. I also waited for their working hours. They are showing online but didn't giving me any kind of response. I will not recommend it to anyone in the future.

After a couple of days use we found the the Checkout button within the app does not work on either desktop or mobile views. None of our customers could buy any products because they were not sent to the checkout page when clicking the button! BIG flaw in the app that's stopped us from selling any products for at least a day!
