Stockie Inventory Management

I'm so happy with this app! It's easy to use and customer service is top notch. This has solved the issues we were facing with the Stocky app scheduled for sunset. Given the response of the developers, looking forward to new features being added as time goes on. Thank you!

Like a lot of other retailers, we were distraught about the sunsetting of Stocky (with a y). After looking at multiple replacement options, we found Stockie (with an ie) and have been so grateful for their support team, especially Jake!

They made the migration process easy and answered all of our questions. Plus, if we had suggestion about the app itself, they would let us know that it was on their roadmap for future updates!

We highly recommend this app for inventory management. It is simple and cost effective while still offering every feature that you need.

We tested many apps for managing purchase orders and order forecasting and Stockie Inventory Management is working out great for us. We have a lot of products (over 20,000) and we deal with some complicated situations like having multiple vendors for the same products (same barcode, but different supplier SKUs).

Since we receive large POs (sometimes over 100 line items) containing many products that look alike, the ability to receive POs by scanning the products' barcodes is essential and this feature works really great.

Support has also been excellent and they seem interested in implementing new improvements.

Highly recommend. Since needing an alternative to Stocky, we came across Stockie; it's intuitive and really easy to use and has been great for Purchase Orders (can't attest to Stocktakes yet as at time of writing it's still in development).
Service via Jake has been brilliant, super responsive, and open to feedback - which, if not already on their roadmap, is happily taken on board.
After testing many other potential replacements, Stockie has been a breath of fresh air!

I was in the depths of despair trying to figure out what to do with the impending Stocky sunset. I looked at 20+ other apps that said they were Stocky replacements, but none of them really delivered. The main lacking feature for us was the min/max stock level. We found some solutions but they were very expensive and overly complicated. Luckily we found Stockie and have been very pleased so far. Jake has been very responsive with questions and feature requests. I can breathe easy again knowing that we’ve got something that will perform just as well, if not better than Stocky.

Super responsive developers! This is a great app, and getting better and better as a replacement for the "other" Stocky that Shopify is sunsetting. We are making the switch, and every time we've reached out with a question or request for a new feature/fix we've gotten super quick responses.

This app had one function i needed, but didnt have. Jake and the team added it in for me!! So far everything works as i need, with a heap of future updates coming. These guys listen and are constantly looking for improvements... so rare to be able to have an app with such great support! Highly recommend.

The overall architecture is very similar to the native system, but many features still need improvement. For example, when placing purchase orders, one can only target individual warehouses; it is not possible to view complete stock data on a single page, and the same applies to forecasting purchase quantities.

Company’s warehouses are broadly categorised as follows: single dispatch point + single warehouse / Single dispatch point + multiple warehouses / Multiple dispatch points + multiple warehouses. Different configurations and calculation methods should be available for these types. I operate a single dispatch point with multiple warehouses, and there are still many issues within this app that fail to meet our requirements. I hope an update can be released as soon as possible before my patience runs out; otherwise, I’ll be back on the painful path of searching for an alternative to Stocky. There aren’t any major issues with Stocky itself, so I hope Stockie catches up soon.

Would highly recommend Stockie as an alternative to Stocky. After spending a lot of time looking through alternatives, the similarity to the now sunset Stocky made me try Stockie. Just in the first week of use it has already proven to be far superior and is clearly made with care and thought for the retailer and actual processes we use every day. Jake on support has been fantastic with super fast response times and has actually taken on board feedback for tweaks and improvements that would make the app work even better for us. I really feel this is an app with dedicated people behind it who wish to grow with their clients. Must say, we use a lot of apps and don't often leave a 5* review (sadly!).
