This app is quite clunky. It does have good functionality, but the actual process of entering information is extremely inefficient. The app needs some considerable Quality of Life changes:
-ability to set the default number of stores in the admin view. It reverts to 10 stores every time, which is very inconvenient
-after editing a store, it returns to the first 10 stores, and it changes the sort order.
-the sort order needs to have a default setting such as alphabetical or by store number
-the default store hours setting appears to do nothing. I'd assume that it should pre-populate the store locations but it does not
-needs to be integrated into the Shopify admin rather than opening on the developer website
This could be a fantastic app with a bit of work.
Update 2 (15 Dec 2023): We had completed phase 2 of our UIUX overhaul. The app is now more responsive and had undergone a major facelift. We would like to hear your feedback on our new look.
Update 1 (14 September 2023): We had completed phase 1 of our user experience overhaul. The app is now embedded into the Shopify admin panel. We will be making more improvements to the UI/UX in the coming months.

it does everything i need - all in all a good app. but not good value for money - $15 a month??

Good app. Needed help and customer service took way too long to respond. I'm guessing its because of the geographical difference. Lagging North American response time.

Easy to implement and customise map layout. We used this map as it had the custom importing features we needed for our store.
Only issue has been with the Google Map API reaching it's limit several times, which is unfortunately not updatable without contacting Secomapp support. However, once contacted, support were quick to deal with the issue.
