We recently switched from BigCommerce to Shopify. These types of apps are VERY expensive and not very useful on BigCommerce. In the short time I've been using Bird, it is infinitely better than any BOPIS app on BigCommerce and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Fantastic, affordable app!
So far this has been a great app and great support team. We use this app just for customers to select a requested order ship date. So far no issues. The support team responds almost instantly via chat within the app. They even added a new feature at my request with live changes made within 48 hrs that helped our internal processes significantly.
Needed an app to help customers choose a date and time for delivery and a delivery method from postal, local and collection. Tried a few apps but this was a) the easiest and most logical to setup b) visually produced the best results c) met my needs the best but more importantly d) their customer service and support during the process was a+++++, really helpful, patient, knowledgeable and saw the job through till the end, would 100% recommend. Only just setting up this app after deciding to go with it due to it's affordability and functions seeming better suited for our business over other more expensive apps. So far the experience has been great, the set up is straight forward and even if at some points it's not for a non-developer like myself doing the website no my own, the support team has been outstanding! They reply quickly and provide with links to additional step-by-step, but when I still messed something up with the code, they were able to help me fix it super quick. Really impressed and hoping it will be smooth use from here on out.
