Bird Pickup Delivery Date

Absolutely amazing customer support! I reached out with an issue where customers were able to submit pickup orders without selecting a pickup date and time, which was causing confusion and requiring me to follow up with customers after they had already paid.

The support team solved the issue within literally 2 minutes! They immediately understood what I needed, showed me exactly where to find the setting, and had me completely taken care of in no time.

I appreciate that my customers can choose a delivery or pick up time that I have previously set out. It makes it so much easier then having to connect with each customer.

I can also set black out dates for vacations! Whenever I have issues they have always been able to fix it on their end. This is super helpful since i'm not a tech person at all.

Not only is their app great to work with and easy for customers, but beyond that their staff and support are incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. You really will find this is a must have, and great value compared to more expensive(and often clunkier) apps.

I've been setting up my store over the last few days and have asked so many questions to the App as I'm quite picky about my setup/check out. An amazing angel called Sun has been answering all of my questions. He has replied really quicky and with really helpful information. I tried another app before this which did not have anywhere near this comprehensive customer service. Plus this app looks so lovely in my store and has features that werent possible with the other app. If I could give you 100 stars I would!
