I think this app helps some, but the information for pickup doesn't initially flow into the packing slip unless you request additional support (we use it to fulfill the orders), and the app uses tags to work, which clogs up the tags so I don't see what I need to see in the dashboard. It feels like the app creators need to go further to put the information - date and time from the customer - into ...
