This is a great app and they are releasing updates consistently that only improve the overall experience. My company receives the daily email for a top-level view of the store's performance from yesterday, and I use the app consistently throughout the day to better understand our customer's shopping experience. I strongly recommend this as a standard suggested app for all Shopify Stores.
I use this app regularly to correvtly understand the impact of my A/B tests on the site. It gives a clean and simple way to understand the checkout funnel. There are a lot of features that can be incorporated in the future. And I believe that the developer, being the kind and responsive person he is, will definitely roll out more awesome features :)

there are no issues with the app. it is nice to see what is happening in your store. the app only shows when someone adds to cart, checkout.
Love this APP. Simple and does exactly what I want it to. It allows you to view what is/has happened in your store. Not just abandoned checkouts where people have to leave their email but anyone who has simply added an item to their cart and how far through the buying process they made it. It also sends a daily report which is great. Easy setup. Goes to work straight away. And a very fair price ...
