The best part of this app are the daily emails that help me see my conversion rate in dollars at a glance. It really helps me see which areas of our sales cycle need attention.

This app has helped me tremendously. I am now able to see which products are liked, added to cart and the amount of add to carts I receive daily. I emailed Steve requesting a feature to have a report showing the products and the amount of add to carts each product received that day and he was so helpful and created this feature within a month. Definitely worth adding this app to your store! Helps you learn so much about your customers.

I have been using this app for a few months now and have nothing but good things to say about it. A few things I have found very useful: 1. They are able to capture customer information on abandoned carts that are missed by Shopify. It's some manual work to follow up with the leads but it has resulted in sales that I would not have had otherwise. 2. Customer service is top notch!
3. The price point is perfect and allows me to really take a better look at what people are adding to their carts and the combinations so I can better advertise.

This app has been very insightful and helpful to learn about my customer's tendencies. I would only suggest a more detailed way to see the customer's journey.

I tried this app a couple of months ago and it was showing incorrect information so I uninstalled it. The developers reached out to say the app has been improved and having tried it again, they've definitely massively improved it and it's now showing accurate information. It's cheaper than some alternatives and gives valuable insights, so I'm keeping it this time. Keep up the good work!

Great app and service! I wrote to admin to seek out a feature I was told that wasn’t yet possible but they’d work on it. With a week they had and were in contact to inform me so also- Wow guys!

StoreView is a great app to measure individual flows and general conversion on the website. On top of that, the daily reports provide an useful snapshot of the previous day.

Excellent app. Easy to install, easy to setup, easy to use and both filters and analytics section work well.
Support is quick and top-notch.

Most of all - the app does what is needed - and does not come with all sorts of other add-on functions to make it more bulky.

This is a great app and they are releasing updates consistently that only improve the overall experience. My company receives the daily email for a top-level view of the store's performance from yesterday, and I use the app consistently throughout the day to better understand our customer's shopping experience. I strongly recommend this as a standard suggested app for all Shopify Stores.

Unfortunately I asked several times for a couple of extra options and they never came. So, I moved on.

Indeed a very helpful and user friendly app.. it helps me tremendously to understand the behavior of customers, which in turn helps me be proactive in taking decisions

I love store view. I can see when someone has added an item to their cart. I can see what item it is. I can see when they have created an account (I have it set that an account is required to purchase) at that point you can see the customers name and email. I can then send them an email with a discount code if i choose to, to complete the sale. Shopify gives some analytics and lets you know if they abandoned their shopping cart but this gives more detail and shows their movement through the store alot better. On shopify you can't see everyones movement all in one spot. Worth the $5 a month!!

I run a natural soap company earthangelsoaps.com the app does exactly what it says it does. I like the email reporting, I like how the customer interactions are colored and show exactly where the transaction ended (or went through).

Very insightful for data analysis and seeing the comportment of clients. It helps me see what products are most likely to interest clients and especially returning customers.

This app is amazing it let's you know what products customers are abandoning which makes it easier for you to strategize what to do to get customers back and purchase the product that they are interested in Buying, Definitely a great app to use.

If you want to know what customers are adding to their cart, then get Store View. It has helped me out a lot to know which product is getting more hits since not everyone completes the checkout stage. Shopify only notifies about abandoned cart when the customer reaches the checkout stage. Store View helps me to know what item is being added to the cart.

Phenomenal app! I've been searching for an app that tells me what items my customer adds to their cart and StoreView does it perfectly.

This app gives a lot of interesting and precious information about what happen in your store, especially in the cart! You know exactly at which step customers abandon. It gives avenue to improve and understand how converting in sales. It would have been really appreciated if customer's location would be given. Maybe in the next release. Nevertheless, it worth the cost and there is a long trial period to appreciate the app.

I love this app so much. It's the first thing I look at when I wake up and I find myself watching it more than the live view of site visitors. It's helped me see visually pretty fast how many get to checkout, how many put their ship info in and how many abandon. Invaluable and totally worth the small price tag!

I must admit this is the best app I have downloaded for my store. It gives me a detailed insight into what a customer is doing whilst in the store. It's also kind of addictive lol.

I was one of the first ones to get the app when it was free for a limited time and I am glad I found it, but I will pay $3 any day to have it. Definitely recommended.

I started using this a while ago. I really like it. It shows every potential customer that walks in and the steps they take, like if they add a something in their cart or if they leave their cart with a product it all shows up. It even shows what it was that they added to their cart.

This is a useful app for getting a bird’s eye view of what’s going on in your store. Very easy to install and setup. You won’t get an email from the app if there is no sale on that particular day. Perhaps as an upgrade someday, I would like to see a status email regardless of sale or not. The developer is quick to respond to support emails which is great. We use the app on EliteITcerts.com and have had it installed for a few months. It works great!

Awesome app, super helpful with great insights right away, very simple and powerful to keep track of important metrics daily.

This is a unique app in the sense that it shows a live activity feed of the things that are taking place at our store. Currently we don't have much traffic but this will help us see what products people are adding to their carts.

I use this app to see the behavour of my customer. It is very usefull. I recomend the app if you want to see what your customer are doing in live on your store. Really good.

Very useful information on the activity of what is going on at your Shopify store. It's like being able to see what your customer is doing if they had walked into your physical store, seeing the path they took CLEARLY and EASILY, as well you can see where they stopped at such as registration or checkout. If they stopped at checkout, you can see what was in their shopping cart. Another nice feature is the app also sends you a daily report of what happened at your store and what was the top product that sold.

At the cost of free, with these useful features plus great support, I'm not sure why you would not want to install this useful app for your Shopify store.
