This is a really nice app that does everything that I need it to. My support question about a small feature tweak was solved the same day. It was already there and they guided me right to it. After trying quite a few FAQs, this one rose above them all.
We’ve been really impressed with StoreFAQ, it’s made managing our FAQs so much easier and far more organised. The app is simple to use, integrates seamlessly with our store, and allows us to present information clearly to customers, which has definitely reduced repetitive enquiries.
The flexibility to customise and update content quickly is a big plus, and everything looks clean and professional on the front end. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.
Overall, a great app that does exactly what it promises, highly recommended

Tuve algunos inconvenientes técnicos al inicio, pero el equipo de soporte — especialmente Nicole — fue muy atenta, paciente y resolvió todos los problemas de manera eficiente. Incluso accedieron a mi tienda como colaboradores para hacer los ajustes necesarios directamente.
La recomiendo ampliamente para cualquier tienda que quiera mejorar la experiencia del cliente con una sección de FAQ bien integrada.
