I’m currently using the paid version of your app, and while it generally works well, I’ve been experiencing a critical issue with email notifications. They are sent inconsistently or not at all when someone submits an enquiry. Unfortunately, this has resulted in me missing out on multiple potential leads over the past month, only realizing it when I manually checked the app.
This issue has not only affected my business but also forced me to apologize to clients I didn’t respond to in time.
Please can you look into this as a matter of urgency and ensure the email notification system is working reliably?

Could you please confirm whether you're using SMTP or our default email system? If you're using SMTP, kindly double-check that the configuration details are correct and up to date, as this may affect email delivery.
