I was absolutely terrified of losing our active subscribers by switching to a new app. The SubscriptionSuite support team handled the entire migration for us with zero downtime. We didn't lose a single customer during the shuffle, it was a huge relief.

I was genuinely blown away by the frontend customization options. The widget blends seamlessly into our custom Shopify theme instead of looking like a bolted-on third-party app. We also rolled out prepaid subscriptions in minutes, which gave our cash flow a nice upfront boost.
