Our experience with Subscription Flow has been disappointing.

After downloading the app from the Shopify App Store, we had a call about two and a half weeks ago to discuss various items. Shortly afterwards, we were told that custom changes were required and that a new feature would be released the following week to make everything work.

Unfortunately, that timeline came and went, and the feature is still not live.

What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication. I sent two follow-up emails last week without receiving a response from the technical contact.

Furthermore, despite several attempts to reach our sales contact, I was simply told they were "looking into it," with no meaningful update or resolution.

Delays can happen, and I understand that software development isn't always predictable. However, clear communication, realistic timelines, and proactive support are essential—especially when merchants are relying on your platform to run their business.

At this point, we've removed Subscription Flow from our store because we couldn't continue waiting without clarity or progress.

I genuinely hope the team improves its communication and follow-through, because the product has potential. Right now, though, I can't recommend it based on our experience.

SubscriptionFlow works well for managing subscriptions on my Shopify store. It’s easy to use and does what it’s supposed to without hassle. Overall, a reliable app.
