お客様の質問にお店のルールどおり答え、判断できない相談はお客様の確認つきでスタッフへメールします。管理画面でも使い方や設定の相談に応じます。

お客様の「これ、いつ届く？」に、店舗の配送設定と営業日から答えるAIチャットです。根拠がそろわないときは日付を推測せず、お店へのお問い合わせをご案内します。商品カードからのカート追加、同意式の画像検索、ログイン中のお客様への直近注文の配送状況の案内に対応します。スタッフへの引き継ぎを有効にすると、AIで判断できない相談をお客様が内容を確認してメールで送れます。管理画面にも店主向けのAIスタッフがいて、今の設定を確認してから使い方と設定の手順を答えます。プロプランでは毎朝の報告と相談モードも使えます。必須権限は商品の読み取りだけです。店舗が会話保存を開始した場合のみ、対象の質問・回答を識別情報の除去を試みた後に暗号化し、原則30日（未解決案件は最長90日）保存します。原文を含まない改善観測は12か月で失効します。注文照会の原文・配送情報・検索画像は保存しません。
