The Sumtrackr app is great. We've been using the app for about 2 months. Any time that we've had any questions they were promptly addressed. Over the last 13 plus years we've used several different apps to sync our inventory across multiple channels. None of the apps we used in the past did as well as this one. This app is a keeper!
The Sumtracker team have been so helpful with the entire onboarding process and answering all our queries along the way. Sumtracker as a platform - simplified our inventory management, easy to understand/navigate, enabled us to sync all our stores, super easy to revert to when placing a stock order. Overall, it has been a huge gamechanger for our business. Highly highly recommend this app, especially if you're looking to sync multiple stores.

Fast syncing for our 4 stores, it has an easy to navigate interface and the price is very reasonable, especially compared to the competition's apps, (many of which we've used). Don't have a review of support, but we really haven't needed it...this app just works. Very happy so far.
This is a great app. It does everything I needed plus more. The support is very responsive and helpful.
I can highly recommend this app. Anyone who sells on multiple platforms or marketplaces will love the quick synchronization of inventory. Since I got this app, I haven't had any overselling. It is very easy to use and bundles can also be integrated without any problems. There are also many other functions in the app. Support also responds quickly to problems and was able to help me. Highly Recommended.

I've been using sumtracker since the beginning of the year. I had encountered a few problems during that time. Each time I reached out i would get an email a day or so later stating that they could no longer find the error I saw in inventory etc. Their suggestion is to schedule a call to discuss the problem. Only I'm in the US and they wanted me to call them at 3am. The latest problem caused me to oversell 4 different items that previously had been out of stock. The software update on Monday and added inventory to these listings and caused me a huge nightmare. Support took a day to respond once again saying that they didn't see any problem. I had included error numbers and messages. They never did clarify what any of them meant. I though the program had potential but I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

We are extremely sorry for the experience you had with Sumtracker. We are constantly trying to improve our services. The inventory sync on multiple platforms is a complex problem and sometimes the resolution requires us to have a call rather than exchanging email messages. There are finer details that need to be understood as each platform has their own settings.
After seeing your review, I looked at all the email messages that we had exchanged from the time you had setup your account. We have constantly requested you to get on a call to resolve this. My only regret is that it was not communicated to us that you are not getting a favourable time slot for the call. If you are facing an issue that requires attention, we are wiling to have the call at any time based on your convenience. If things can still be sorted out and you are willing to give Sumtracker another chance, please let us know.

I highly recommend this Inventory Control App. We looked at many inventory apps recommended by Shopify but only Sumtracker could do what we needed. We have two brick and mortar boutiques and two online stores on two different platforms. We needed to combine all of our inventory from all of our locations, from two different platforms, into one location because all our inventory is shared by all of our locations. Shopify alone did not fulfill our need. So, we added the Sumtracker App. We had a lot of questions. Kush and Ankit were there for us every step of the way. We had several video conferences with them and many emails. And after all that SUCCESS !!! We were able to update and add our inventory to Sumtracker and now we are so relieved to have all of our inventory controlled in one location but is sold in four locations. Shopify reports tells me which location sold the merchandise while Sumtracker keeps track of our inventory. We are now able to keep better track of what we have in inventory. Thank You Sumtracker !!!!

We had so many issues with Sumtrackr adding inventory randomly. It messed up our entire inventory of over 2000 products. We reached out and sent screen shots of the randomly added inventory when no one was even on the back end of shopify working and the response we got consistently was that it was something we were doing.

This is a case of big mis-understanding that has happened between us. We shared the important points to know while using Sumtracker. They were not intended to show that you are not following them. We wanted to notify you of the best practices.
We can still prove that Sumtrackr did not mess up the inventory. We have the exact inventory history log in Sumtracker as well as in Shopify. Using these I could see that Sumtracker was updating the inventory as expected.
I requested to get on a call so I could show you what exactly happened. Since you did not schedule any call, I explained in the mail what had happened. You again mistook it that we are blaming you. While it was not the case. Despite our repeated attempts, you did not get on a call so we could explain our case. And if we explained the facts in the mail, you took it as an attempt to blame you. While it was surely not so. I request you to please read our messages again.
Inspite of being on the right side, we apologised many times to show empathy towards your experience. We have also issued the full refund for all the payments that you've made for Sumtrackr.
Our customers are highly precious for us. Your review breaks our team heart, especially because we left no stone unturned in being in communication with you and trying to show you how Sumtrackr was working. However, as we can see it did not work out.
