Supercycle

The app charges are high and features are good but support provided is basic. There is no way to schedule a call or connect on chat support even for urgent and important issues with the app. The only way to contact them is through email support which is difficult and very slow. I have lost orders due to this.

Comprehensive, flexible and highly configurable. We have reviewed many other Shopify apps specifically for rentals, SuperCycle is the most thorough and well thought out Shopify app for the space. Further, customizations have been far easier than most other apps we have integrated. Highly recommend for equipment rental businesses.

We signed up for Supercycle last year and couldn't be happier. Their integration with Shopify is seamless on both the front and backends. They check all the critical boxes with regard to functionality and their item level inventory management is a real differentiator. They're adding features regularly and always accessible when questions or issues arise.

Finally someone doing it right! SuperCycle is literally all you’d ever need for your site if you’re doing Reservations or Rentals. They have thought of every use-case scenario, and seamlessly weaved it into Shopify so well, you’d think it was natively part of Shopify. Super friendly support is icing on the cake! The whole package right here… easy 5-Stars.
