Hello. If you actually received a product with a faulty label, we are very sorry that this happened.
However, we could not find any email or chat message from you anywhere. We have also just tried to reach out to you via your store email, but the email could not be delivered because the email address is invalid.
Please reach out to us, and if you can send us proof that something is wrong with the label, we will be happy to refund your money.
