Supportify: AI‑powered support

We’ve had such a great experience working with Supportify. Their AI chatbot has honestly taken a huge load off our customer service team. It’s helped cut down so much of the manual back-and-forth, while still giving our customers fast, helpful responses. It’s made a real difference in our day-to-day operations.

What we appreciate most is their team. They’re incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Anytime we’ve needed something customized or adjusted, they’ve handled it quickly and paid attention to even the smallest details. It never feels like we’re just another account, they genuinely care about getting things right.

Couldn’t recommend them more if you’re looking for a smart solution backed by a team that truly shows up.

Great app, even better support

As beta customers, we've seen this app grow into a powerful tool. The customization options are fantastic, and allows us to tailor the bot to our specific needs. But the support team is the real highlight. They are so fast and accurate that I'm starting to wonder... wait, are they the real bots?

Jokes aside, they can fix anything and simply never give up on a challenge.

We switched to Supportify to see if we could reduce our support workload, and it ended up replacing two full-time customer service reps. Our support costs dropped by about 85%, which was huge for us. The AI handles most of our day-to-day questions, like product info and order tracking, and customers get answers right away instead of waiting. A lot of them actually prefer it because it’s available 24/7 and just works.

Genius! Just installed it and tried it, a customer wanted a cancellation and Supportify autonomously handled the cancellation and the refund with style! Super cool - this is must have. And for a great price.
