Supportify: AI‑powered support

We switched to Supportify to see if we could reduce our support workload, and it ended up replacing two full-time customer service reps. Our support costs dropped by about 85%, which was huge for us. The AI handles most of our day-to-day questions, like product info and order tracking, and customers get answers right away instead of waiting. As beta customers, we've seen this app grow into a powerful tool. The customization options are fantastic, and allows us to tailor the bot to our specific needs. But the support team is the real highlight. They are so fast and accurate that I'm starting to wonder... wait, are they the real bots?
