Honestly, really impressed by SupportPilot AI.

We’ve tried several Shopify support tools, and this one clearly stands out. The AI actually understands customer requests (not just generic replies) and leverages real store data (orders, FAQs, policies), which makes responses highly relevant.

Big highlight: the playbooks. They let you automate real scenarios (refunds, order tracking, cancellations, etc.) while staying in control. You can choose between human validation or full automation, which is perfect for scaling step by step.

Results for us:

• improved customer experience

Setup is straightforward (Gmail / Outlook / Shopify), and the auto-built knowledge base is a great bonus.

This app can easily replace a large part of repetitive support tasks. Excited to see what’s coming next
